There are many benefits of Mindfulness based meditation. From reduced stress, increased immune response, reduced pain, and better addiction and craving control. In addition to all of the physical benefits, a daily practice of meditation also increases your emotional stability. You won't be thrown off by the events of life, and things that used to bother you just won't bother you as much. I don't just recommend meditation, it is a tool I also actively practice.

There are two versions, one is a a short 5 minute long meditation, the other is a longer 15 minute meditation. To download them, right-click your mouse and select, "Save as..." and then download the file to your computer. From there you can transfer it to your phone, mp3 player, or iTunes.
INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO USE MP3:
- Download the file and transfer it to your phone or mp3 player.
- Find a place where you won't be disturbed for 5-15 minutes.
- Find a comfortable position either sitting in a chair, on a meditation pillow, or lying down.
- Listen to the mp3 at least once per day, or more often if you desire.
